Your Daily Role 

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be essential to our resort’s daily operations and guest satisfaction. Your typical duties will include:

  • Maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of designated areas, including guest rooms, offices, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Processing laundry cleaning, folding, and organizing linens for guest rooms, the fitness center, and spa.
  • Delivering guest-requested items promptly and courteously, such as extra linens, cribs, highchairs, or kitchen supplies.
  • Managing linen inventory, receiving clean deliveries, and preparing soiled linens for pickup.
  • Responding to after-hours housekeeping requests from guests, performing room touch-ups, and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and interacting with colleagues in a professional, team-oriented manner.
  • Strictly adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • A positive, guest-focused attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • The physical ability to perform essential job functions: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, and standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong team ethic and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols carefully.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to our collective goal of outstanding guest experiences.
  • Availability to pass a background and drug screening as required by company policy.
