Responsibilities

Your precision and diligence will be key to our operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Managing the complete laundry process for guest, departmental head, and staff items with care and attention.
• Distributing fresh face towels, linens, and uniforms, and conducting accurate daily inventory counts to ensure adequate supply.
• Keeping the linen room organized and spotless, and making sure the linen chute is cleared before your shift concludes.
• Operating in-house washing and drying machines to clean face towels, gym towels, and sofa covers, while also performing basic maintenance checks on the equipment.
• Carefully counting and documenting condemned linens, and efficiently managing the flow of soiled versus clean staff uniforms.
• Completing all tasks assigned by the Guest Room Team Leader in a timely manner and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damages you encounter.
• Skillfully prioritizing your workload throughout your shift and strictly adhering to all housekeeping, health, and safety protocols.

• A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining high standards.
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift linen bundles, and operate laundry equipment.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail, especially when counting and sorting items.
• The willingness to follow instructions carefully and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a similar operational role is beneficial, but we are also willing to train motivated individuals.
