 Key Responsibilities

As a key player in our bakehouse, your work will directly impact the quality of the products we share with Australia and the world. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a variety of essential tasks.

  • Rotate through core production areas including blending raw ingredients, baking our granola to perfection, and packing the finished products with care.
  • Maintain our exceptional food safety standards through meticulous cleaning and shutdown procedures, crucial for our global FSSC certification.
  • Work collaboratively with different parts of the business to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow from our kitchen to the customer.
  • Uphold all workplace health and safety requirements to ensure a safe and positive environment for every team member.
  • Take pride in the daily operations, bringing a thorough eye for detail to every task, no matter how big or small.

Qualifications

We are looking for the right attitude and a willingness to be a great team member. Experience is beneficial, but mindset is everything.
