Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and members as they arrive at the course and ensure a positive first impression.
- Start play at designated tees and manage pace of play throughout the course.
- Monitor course conditions and communicate any observations to the Golf Shop to improve service or operations.
- Conduct course tours to ensure the needs of the day are met and adjust operations as necessary.
- Attend departmental meetings and support team initiatives.
- Provide assistance and guidance to golfers on the course, responding promptly to any needs or concerns.
- Perform other duties as required to support smooth course operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working at golf courses with guest services or front-end roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for golf and understanding of the game.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while handling the demands of interacting with staff and guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
