Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and members as they arrive at the course and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Start play at designated tees and manage pace of play throughout the course.
  • Monitor course conditions and communicate any observations to the Golf Shop to improve service or operations.
  • Conduct course tours to ensure the needs of the day are met and adjust operations as necessary.
  • Attend departmental meetings and support team initiatives.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to golfers on the course, responding promptly to any needs or concerns.
  • Perform other duties as required to support smooth course operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working at golf courses with guest services or front-end roles preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for golf and understanding of the game.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while handling the demands of interacting with staff and guests.
