Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example by modeling strong customer service and guiding associates in delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Listen to customer concerns carefully and work with the team to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Merchandise Supervisor on product placement plans and upcoming floor changes.
- Support daily merchandise processes, including receiving, restocking, reverse logistics, and stockroom organization.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts, system updates, and RFID scans.
- Maintain the Shoe on Display area, ensuring pairs are complete and properly arranged.
- Participate in floor move planning, visual setups, signage updates, and seasonal transitions.
- Help keep fitting rooms and sales areas organized, clean, and aligned with company standards.
- Contribute to omnichannel tasks, including online order handling, returns, and store pickup activities (as applicable).
- Support general operations including MTO, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, and defective item processing.
- Uphold shrink reduction and safety initiatives while meeting productivity and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing environments is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-moving store setting.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as stocking, arranging displays, and maintaining merchandise flow.
- Willingness to learn company procedures, visual guidelines, and operational systems.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to take initiative when needed.
Pay Range
USD $15.25 per Hr -USD $19.07 per Hr.
