The Housekeeping and Laundry Manager is responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. This role includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with Marriott’s brand guidelines and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet luxury cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping and laundry team members to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; manage budgets effectively.
- Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure consistent quality.
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments to address guest requests or operational issues promptly.
- Uphold Marriott’s safety and hygiene protocols in all cleaning and laundry operations.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary
NT$60,000 – NT$85,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
