Key Responsibilities

Nursery and Supply Chain Support

Help Manage Nursery Operations: You’ll assist the Head of Operations in leading a team of farm hands, making sure we have a consistent, high-quality supply of seedlings ready to go.
Support Crop R and D: Get involved in running trials on new crop varieties and nutrient inputs, helping us optimise yield and flavour.
Keep Inventory Organised: Ensure the nursery is well-stocked and organised to meet the demands of our growing footprint across Singapore.

Field Operations and Customer Success

Install and Maintain Green Walls: You’ll be out in the field with our urban farmers, installing new Grobrix walls at prestigious locations and performing routine maintenance to keep them thriving.
Engage with Customers: Whether you’re talking to a chef about when to harvest or helping an office manager understand plant care, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Grobrix.
Support Farm-to-Table Integration: Help clients understand how to use their harvest bridging the gap between growing food and putting it to good use in the kitchen.

Tech and Product Testing

Beta Test New Technology: Work directly with the founding team to test and optimise our new mobile app and IoT monitoring hardware. Your feedback will shape the final product.
Identify Operational Improvements: Spot bottlenecks in the field and suggest data-driven solutions to make our operations smoother and more efficient.

About You

Minimum 3 Years’ Experience: You’ve spent at least three years in operations, ideally in farming, landscaping, F&B, field service, or a related industry.
Independent Operator: You have proven experience handling daily operational activities on your own, without needing constant direction.
Hands-On Technical Skills: You’re comfortable with installation and basic maintenance work. You know your way around tools and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
F&B and Farm-to-Table Interest: A genuine interest in or experience with the food and beverage scene and farm-to-table concepts will set you apart.
Can-Do Attitude: You’re a hands-on problem solver who doesn’t wait for someone else to fix things. You see an issue and you figure it out.
Strong Communicator: You can communicate effectively with internal team members and high-profile corporate clients alike. Professional, clear, and approachable.

Requirements

A valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence is a plus it’ll give you more flexibility in the field.
Good physical fitness is essential. You’ll be doing field installations and nursery work that requires stamina and strength.
Strong attention to detail and a data-driven, growth mindset. You notice the small things and you’re always thinking about how to improve.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: $3,000 – $4,000
