About the Role

As a Kitchen Cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly at hotels and restaurants. Your work will directly contribute to a safe, hygienic, and efficient environment for food preparation and service. We offer fixed locations and regular shifts, so you’ll always know exactly where and when you’re working. Locations and Working Hours

Tampines (Full-time):

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: $2,300 per month

Jurong (Part-time):

Shift: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Salary: $11 – $14 per hour

Both locations offer fixed schedules and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware to ensure they are clean and sanitised.
Follow proper dishwashing procedures and ensure all equipment is well maintained.
Carry out general cleaning duties, including garbage disposal and area sanitisation.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in the dishwashing area according to company procedures.
Complete all daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Clear rubbish promptly and keep work areas neat and organised.
Wipe and clean tables to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management promptly.
