Key Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the facility as directed, including restrooms, floors, and common areas
- Maintain sanitary and organized conditions for customers and staff
- Follow all safety and security guidelines, alerting management to unsafe conditions
- Wear and use personal protective equipment as required
- Track and use cleaning supplies appropriately for each assignment
- Report necessary repairs, replacements, or hazards observed during shifts
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates should be dedicated, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience with cleaning or janitorial tasks is preferred but not required. Applicants must have good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and the physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive movements. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is necessary.
