Key Responsibilities
- Entry Transportation: Pick up foreign technical intern trainees from the airport and transport them safely to the Tokai Training Center Anjo.
- Daily Life Support: Drive trainees to health checkups and shopping trips during their training period, ensuring they can access essential services.
- Assignment Transportation: Transport trainees to their host companies after the training period is completed, marking the next step in their journey.
- Vehicle Operation: Drive company vehicles, all of which are Hiace models equipped with backup monitors and dashcams for added safety. A standard driver’s license is sufficient.
- Route Confirmation: Start by riding alongside a senior driver to confirm routes and build confidence before driving independently.
- Safety Focus: Prioritize safe driving at all times, using the vehicle’s safety features and following all traffic regulations.
Qualifications
A standard driver’s license automatic transmission accepted is required. No prior experience is necessary, and there is no age requirement. The company welcomes applicants of all ages, including those in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Retirees and those wishing to work within their pension benefits are also encouraged to apply.
