Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems, with a primary focus on SAP, ensuring accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and system integrity.
  • Manage customs system operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and seamless processing of import and export shipments.
  • Respond to international client inquiries via written English correspondence, providing clear and professional communication regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational updates.
  • Perform detailed reporting and analysis to support operational decision making, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage documentation, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth movement of goods, resolving issues promptly when they arise.
  • Provide customer service support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts, mid shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required, and be available for overtime when needed.
  • Support supervisor with ad‑hoc tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute beyond routine duties.

Qualifications

A college diploma or higher is required; any major is acceptable. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access. Experience with warehouse management systems, particularly SAP, is essential. Familiarity with customs systems and import‑export operations is required, and holding a bonded personnel certificate is a strong advantage. Strong English reading and writing skills are essential to effectively communicate with international clients and internal stakeholders. The ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is required. A proactive, detail oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are critical.
