Key Responsibilities
- Assist with container loading and unloading, palletizing, and putaway of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform picking and packing of orders, maintaining high standards of accuracy and ensuring correct placement of items back to storage locations.
- Conduct daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain 5S standards in the workplace, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team goals.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are equally important. Candidates must be comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification is an advantage. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly is essential. Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods, is required. Candidates must be entitled to work in Taiwan and be prepared to undertake pre‑employment checks including a criminal history check and medical assessment.
