Key Responsibilities
- Feed horses and ensure proper nutrition according to farm guidelines
- Maintain accurate performance and health records for all horses
- Train horses under supervision, supporting behavioral development and conditioning

- Supervise a small team of 3–4 workers, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently
- Operate farm equipment safely and maintain tools and supplies

Qualifications
- No formal education required; practical experience with horses preferred
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant equine or farm experience
- Ability to work independently and handle physically demanding tasks
- Flexible, organized, and able to manage repetitive tasks under pressure
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and overtime as required
- Own gloves and basic personal protective equipment
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site with provided accommodation
