Key Responsibilities

Operate tractors, machinery, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in all areas of cattle management, including feeding, handling, medication, and monitoring animal health
Clean animal housing areas and maintain a hygienic farm environment
Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and fences
Communicate effectively with management and fellow workers regarding daily operations
Follow all health and safety policies and best practices at all times
Take on additional duties as assigned to support farm productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Experience with cattle management and farm machinery operation preferred
Basic farm knowledge gained through hands-on experience is an advantage
