Responsibilities

• Load materials and unload trucks.
• Set up and tear down scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
• Mix and pour concrete or asphalt.
• Help frame houses or erect walls and roofs.
• General job site cleaning, including rubble removal
• Sometimes help with crane assembly or minor repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required gear.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No diploma or certificate required.

Experience

At least 1 year in a similar job—either residential or commercial construction.

Skills

• Can handle heavy lifting and long shifts.
• Willing to travel, sometimes overnight
