Key Responsibilities
As the vital on-foot support for our UPS Drivers, you will be at the heart of our last-mile delivery. Your core duties will focus on efficiency and customer service:

- Meet your assigned UPS Driver daily at designated meet points within the Coquitlam/Tri-Cities area.
- Deliver and pick up packages on foot, walking to and from customer doors and local UPS Store locations.
- Operate handheld electronic scanning devices to track deliveries and pickups.
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions during every delivery.
- Perform physical work including frequent lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages (up to 70 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals who can meet the physical demands of the role. You must have:
- The ability to work on foot outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability to meet your driver at the assigned meet point every scheduled shift.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a shift start time around 10:45 AM (hours vary, typically 4-5 hours per shift).
