Available Roles

We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals across the following roles:

Class 2, 4 and 5 Drivers – If you can reverse a trailer without needing a spotter, a prayer, and three attempts… apply now.
WTR Operators – If it has levers and costs more than a house, you know how to treat it right.
Excavator Operators – Surgeons of the dirt world. Smooth hands.
Roller Operators – Slow and steady. You flatten things for a living and somehow make it look professional.
Grader Operators – Artists. One pass and it looks like glass. Leading from the cab.
Drainlayers and Civil Pipe Layers – You work underground more than most secrets. Levels being accurate worn like a badge of honour.
Concrete Placers and Finishers – Concrete remembers. The last thing the client sees.
Traffic Controllers (TC, TMO, STMS) – The brave souls standing between live traffic and a work zone. Managing drivers who think cones are decorative. Calm, sharp, and serious about safety.
Forepersons and Site Supervisors – The calm in the chaos. Soft skills making the orchestra and its music synchronise.

What We’re Looking For

You are already in New Zealand, boots on the ground ready to go.
Whatever licence or endorsement your role demands, bring it with you—or with our support.
You know your way around a civil site.

You can work unsupervised and in well-managed environments.
