Changi: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Mandai Zoo: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Marina and Suntec: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Orchard: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

3) KITCHEN CLEANER

Alexandra: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Changi: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Jurong: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Orchard: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

For Dishwashers:

Operate dishwashing equipment to clean plates, utensils, glasses, and kitchen tools.
Manually wash items when necessary to ensure everything is spotless and sanitised.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper waste disposal.
Assist in keeping kitchen floors and surfaces dry and safe.
Follow all hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

For Hotel Cleaners:

Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces.
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Replenish supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in public restrooms.
Ensure all areas are presentable and welcoming for guests.
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

For Kitchen Cleaners:

Perform cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
Remove grease, oil, and food residue from surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
Empty bins and dispose of kitchen waste properly throughout the shift.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
