 Key Responsibilities

Your primary duty is the safe and timely transportation of students, requiring focus and care.

• Safely operate a school bus along established routes, picking up and dropping off students at designated stops.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in perfect working order.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle, both inside and out.
• Adhere strictly to all school bus safety standards and traffic laws.
• Participate in required monthly safety meetings to stay current on best practices and procedures.
• Be available for additional opportunities such as field trips, athletic events, and charter runs to supplement hours.

Qualifications

We’re looking for responsible individuals who meet these important criteria for the safety of our students.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving history.
• A clean driving record for the past 24-36 months is required.
• The ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through our paid training program.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks.
• A strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a commitment to safety are essential.
