Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will work in small teams to ensure every home meets our high standards. Your daily tasks will include:

Performing detailed final cleaning on newly constructed homes, preparing them for the homeowner’s arrival.
Working systematically through all areas of a home: cleaning windows, wiping down all surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Removing all construction dust, debris, and stickers to present a pristine, polished environment.
Working efficiently as part of a 1-2 person team to complete 1-3 homes per day, depending on size.
Using company-provided vehicles and cleaning supplies, following established procedures for consistency and quality.
Maintaining a professional demeanor and respecting the property at all times.

Qualifications

We are looking for team members who are:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on thoroughness and quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a small team setting.
Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, and being on your feet for the shift.
In possession of a valid driver’s license (required for employment).
Looking for long-term, stable employment with a proven company.
Able to start work at 6:30 AM and work until approximately 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Benefits and Perks

Starting pay between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour.
Scheduled performance reviews and raises at 90 days and 1 year, with additional performance-based raises.
Paid Vacation.
Overtime pay after 40 hours.
5 Paid Holidays (after 60 days of employment).
401(k) retirement plan (after 1 year of employment).
Stable, daytime hours (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – ~3:00 PM).
All work conducted from the office using company vehicles.
