Key Responsibilities

In this varied role, you will be integral to daily production and warehouse activities. Your core duties will include:

• Operating production machinery efficiently and safely to meet output targets.
• Performing warehouse duties, including handling materials and maintaining organised storage areas.
• Using a forklift (if licensed) for the safe transfer of materials and products around the factory.
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
• Conducting basic quality checks and reporting any machinery issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Following all standard operating procedures and safety protocols without exception.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a machine operator within a fast-moving, high-volume production or manufacturing environment.
• A current forklift licence is highly preferred and will be looked upon favourably.
• A strong focus on safety and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Good basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and documentation.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow procedures accurately.
• Reliability, flexibility for the core hours of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and availability for an immediate start.
