An engaging opportunity is available for a dependable Delivery Support Associate to join a day-shift operations team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. You will play an important part in ensuring office supplies and furniture reach customers safely, on time, and to a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of office supplies and furniture along assigned routes while meeting internal scheduling and quality expectations
• Deliver products, manage returns, obtain customer signatures, and complete all required delivery documentation accurately
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with basic issue resolution when required
• Communicate customer feedback and unresolved concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Follow safe work practices and maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
• Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and customer-facing teams to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; experience using a hand truck or dolly is preferred
• Comfortable reading maps, navigating delivery routes, and using mobile proof-of-delivery devices
• Strong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communication
• Good time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
• A valid driver’s license is considered an asset, but not mandatory
