Key Responsibilities

In this technical production role, you will be integral to the manufacturing process from setup to completion. Your core duties will include:

• Interpreting production plans and conducting thorough pre-production setup, including preparing raw materials, packaging, and compliance documentation.
• Safely and efficiently operating powder sachet, liquid sachet, or liquid drop filling machinery.
• Continuously monitoring equipment performance and product quality, conducting regular inspections and making precise adjustments.
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, performing basic debugging, and assisting with equipment maintenance, disassembly, and assembly.
• Maintaining meticulous production records (both paper-based and digital) and investigating any quality deviations to suggest improvements.
• Strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and completing all equipment and area sanitation cleaning.

Qualifications

We are looking for operators with proven experience and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with powder sachet, liquid sachet, or liquid drop filling equipment in a food, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues, perform simple debugging, and understand equipment assembly/disassembly.
• An unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and GMP compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the initiative to investigate and improve processes.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping.
