Key Responsibilities
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the production area.
- Measure and add ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
- Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
- Remove filled containers from conveyor systems.
- Manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers.
- Operate and assist with loading/unloading of processing machines.
- Inspect products and packaging for basic quality issues.
- Assist process control staff and machine operators with daily duties.
- Clean machines and maintain tidy work areas.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support production efficiency.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; certificate, diploma, or degree not necessary.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
- English language proficiency to follow safety and operational instructions.
