We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Assistants to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This permanent role offers full-time hours (40 per week) and is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to a smooth production process. You will help ensure raw materials, products, and packaging move efficiently through the production line while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the production area.
Measure and add ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
Remove filled containers from conveyor systems.
Manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers.
Operate and assist with loading/unloading of processing machines.
Inspect products and packaging for basic quality issues.
Assist process control staff and machine operators with daily duties.
Clean machines and maintain tidy work areas.
Perform additional tasks as required to support production efficiency.

Qualifications

No formal education required; certificate, diploma, or degree not necessary.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not essential.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
English language proficiency to follow safety and operational instructions.
