Shelyron Fabrication is seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder-Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will work on a variety of aluminium and steel products, applying your welding and fabrication expertise to deliver high-quality results. This position offers a stable 40-hour workweek from Monday to Thursday, giving you the advantage of three-day weekends every week. Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminium and mild steel components.
• Fabricate parts using sheet metal and box sections according to design specifications.
• Operate workshop equipment such as guillotines, hydraulic folders, and other fabrication machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and project deadlines.
• Apply quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aluminium MIG and TIG welding.
• Competence in mild steel MIG welding and general fabrication techniques.
• Skilled in working with sheet metal and box sections.
• Experience using guillotines, hydraulic folders, and other workshop machinery.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
