Job Title

Laundry/Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing/linens to high standards.
• Clean rooms, common areas, and facilities thoroughly.
• Dust, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces daily.
• Monitor and restock cleaning/laundry supplies.
• Spot stains or clutter for extra care.
• Communicate with residents on their needs.
• Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain hygienic, comfortable environments.
• Support team with additional tasks.
• Follow safety and quality protocols.
