What You’ll Be Doing

Cultivate Organic Produce: You’ll be hands-on in the fields, preparing soil, planting seeds, and caring for crops as they grow. Every stage needs attention and care.
Maintain Healthy Plants: Keep a close eye on plant health watering, weeding, and managing pests using organic methods that align with our sustainable approach.
Harvest at the Right Time: Knowing when to harvest is a skill. You’ll learn to recognise peak ripeness and carefully pick produce to maintain quality.
Support Sustainable Practices: Everything you do will follow organic principles, from soil management to pest control and crop rotation.
Keep the Farm Organised: Maintain clean, tidy growing areas and ensure tools and equipment are looked after.
