Responsibilities

Stroll the lobby or pool deck, making sure it’s guest-ready, no stray towels in sight.
Pull up room reports to spot-check which suites are ready or need a quick fix.
Shuffle cleaning priorities when a VIP checks in early.
Show new cleaners the ropes, like how to tuck sheets tight or polish a sink to sparkle.
Sort out mix-ups, like when a room’s marked clean but has leftover coffee cups.
Pass the baton to the night shift, flagging stuff like a flickering light in Room 304.
Jot down shift notes, tracking how many rooms got turned over.
