- Shuffle cleaning priorities when a VIP checks in early.
- Show new cleaners the ropes, like how to tuck sheets tight or polish a sink to sparkle.
- Sort out mix-ups, like when a room’s marked clean but has leftover coffee cups.
- Pass the baton to the night shift, flagging stuff like a flickering light in Room 304.
