Key Responsibilities

In this active, hands-on role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your core duties will include:

Safely driving a company vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries and collections between Hamilton and South Auckland.
Physically loading and unloading a variety of goods, including heavy and awkward items (20kg+), at our yard and customer locations.
Providing support in the yard with general laboring tasks, organizing stock, and assisting the team as required.
Maintaining accurate paperwork, delivery dockets, and vehicle logbooks.
Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times during customer interactions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings both driving skill and a strong work ethic. The essentials for this role are:

A current, full New Zealand Class 1 or 2 driver’s license.
Previous driving experience is required, along with a background in labouring, warehouse work, or other hands-on physical roles.
Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to safely and repeatedly lift items weighing 20kg or more.
Must be highly reliable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a proactive, can-do attitude.
