Responsibilities

• Clear trash and debris from demolition sites like apartments and houses.
• Sort and stack materials to keep the site organized.
• Spray water to control dust and keep the area safe.
• Work alongside pros to support demolition tasks.
• Follow safety rules to keep the site accident-free.
• Help guide workers or visitors to restrooms if asked.
• Pitch in on light construction tasks as needed.
• Show up for morning meetings at 8:00 AM sharp.
• Take breaks at set times (10:00 AM, noon, 3:00 PM).
• Log daily work hours for weekly pay records.
• Keep the site tidy for smooth operations.
• Join safety training sessions when scheduled.
• Handle tasks in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba.
• Stay reliable for 2-3 shifts a week or more.
• Support team efforts with a positive attitude.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is enough.
• Any construction or safety training is a bonus.

Experience

• Ideally 2-3 years in construction, labor, or similar physical work.
• No experience is okay since training’s provided.

Skills

• Physical strength for lifting and moving debris.
