Responsibilities
- Help set up sites for asphalt and concrete paving jobs.
- Move materials like gravel or asphalt as the boss directs.
- Use basic tools to pitch in on decorative pavement projects.
- Assist with installing things like bike lanes or pedestrian crossings.
- Keep work sites clean and safe, no mess left behind.
- Load and unload gear from trucks at the Banyo factory or job sites.
- Stick to safety rules and wear gear as per White Card standards.
- Work with the crew to hit project deadlines and keep quality high.
- Travel to sites across Queensland, sometimes on weekends or away.
- Lend a hand with stenciling, coatings, or anti-skid tasks when needed.
