Key Responsibilities

Perform general household cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
Complete laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens and clothing are properly washed and handled.
Clean bathrooms thoroughly, sanitizing fixtures, surfaces, and floors to maintain a hygienic space.
Listen, observe, and communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s physical or environmental condition to the appropriate team members.
Work with compassion and respect, understanding the importance of helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both clients and yourself.
Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.

Qualifications

Experience with general household cleaning is required. Candidates must be compassionate with a passion for helping others. The ability to speak other languages is an asset. A valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test within 6 months are required as conditions of employment. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
