Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general household cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Complete laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens and clothing are properly washed and handled.
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, sanitizing fixtures, surfaces, and floors to maintain a hygienic space.
  • Listen, observe, and communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s physical or environmental condition to the appropriate team members.
  • Work with compassion and respect, understanding the importance of helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both clients and yourself.
  • Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.

Qualifications

Experience with general household cleaning is required. Candidates must be compassionate with a passion for helping others. The ability to speak other languages is an asset. A valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test within 6 months are required as conditions of employment. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. A flexible schedule is available to accommodate your needs.
