Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install fitness equipment at client locations including gyms, hotels, fitness clubs, and residential properties.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment, resolving technical issues and providing product consultation to clients.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance at client sites according to scheduled timelines.
- Address and resolve product complaints professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Report equipment failures and repair status accurately to maintain service records.
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory management, picking, and organizing equipment and parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall operations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients at prestigious locations.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should have a strong interest in mechanical installation and repair with good hands on abilities. No prior experience is necessary training we will provide for candidates who demonstrate patience, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility. The ability to accommodate client schedules and a strong service orientation are essential. Candidates should possess basic knowledge or interest in motor and electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and mechanical product troubleshooting. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are important. A valid driver’s licence is preferred for equipment delivery and client visits.
