Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable and accurate diagnosis and service for sports equipment following workshop handling guidelines and diagnostic operating procedures.
  • Offer appropriate circular service options including repair, maintenance, and refurbishment to extend the life of customer equipment.
  • Ensure the right balance between internal and external repairs based on customer needs and service capabilities.
  • Propose service completion dates that meet customer expectations while managing workshop workflow.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment adhering to all workshop safety protocols and standards.
  • Perform sports equipment repair, maintenance, and refurbishment operations to the highest quality standards.
  • Carry out product personalization procedures as requested by customers.
  • Guarantee stock accuracy and availability for workshop parts and supplies.
  • Apply customer relationship fundamentals, promoting workshop services within each department.
  • Sell products and services both physically and digitally, contributing to the overall business objectives.
  • Ensure efficient truck to peg process from receiving to display.
  • Handle customer payments and provide friendly, professional service at the checkout counter.
  • Answer phone inquiries, handle customer complaints professionally, and provide counter reception services.

Qualifications

A diploma or associate degree is preferred. Previous experience in workshop diagnosis, handling, and services is highly valued. Knowledge of workshop safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe work environment are essential. Basic business understanding and the ability to read performance metrics are required. Strong product knowledge across sports equipment categories is important. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including listening and questioning abilities are essential. Critical thinking and decision making skills are required to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are valued. Efficiency in completing tasks while maintaining quality is important. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for customer interactions; basic English skills are preferred.
