What You’ll Be Doing

Operating logging machinery: You’ll run heavy equipment to perform logging operations in various locations across Ontario.
Using chainsaws: When needed, you’ll handle chainsaw work as part of the operation.
Assessing sites: You’ll evaluate work sites to determine the best approach for logging activities.
Driving heavy equipment: You’ll move machinery between locations and operate it on site.
Maintaining machinery: You’ll keep equipment in good working order, performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues.
Following safety protocols: Safety isn’t optional you’ll adhere to all guidelines and look out for yourself and your crew.
