About the Role

We are offering full-time permanent positions with competitive rates based on your experience. You’ll be working with a range of plant and equipment, including:

Loaders
Excavators
Dump Trucks and Dozers
Portable and Fixed Crushing Plants and Processing Equipment

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong commitment to health and safety, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. You’ll be working on a rotating roster, Monday to Saturday, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating crushing plants and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Operating loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and dozers as required.
Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards.
Following all health and safety protocols at all times.
Working collaboratively with the operations team to meet production targets.
Maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for candidates who bring the following:

At least 3 years’ experience in earthworks or quarry operations would be advantageous.
A clean and current Class 1 License endorsement (or overseas equivalent).
A genuine commitment to health and safety in all aspects of your work.
A good attitude towards the maintenance and care of machinery.
A positive and healthy attitude towards your work and your colleagues.
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
