What You Will Be Doing

Operate motor graders and dozers for various construction and earthmoving projects.
Perform precision grading and leveling according to project specifications.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to ensure quality results.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience operating motor graders and/or dozers.
Strong understanding of grade, elevation, and layout.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Commitment to safety and following protocols.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
