What You Will Be Doing
- Operate motor graders and dozers for various construction and earthmoving projects.
- Perform precision grading and leveling according to project specifications.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to ensure quality results.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience operating motor graders and/or dozers.
- Strong understanding of grade, elevation, and layout.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Commitment to safety and following protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
