What You Will Be Doing

• You will work on exciting long-term projects including road maintenance, road upgrades, new road construction, and asset management.
• You may also be involved in event work as opportunities arise.
• Your duties will include coning out (both manual and off the back of the deck), putting in tapers, trafficking, and contra-flow setups.
• You will operate stop/go paddles and lights as required.
• You will perform general manual labouring tasks to support project teams.
• You will have the flexibility to choose from day, afternoon, or night shifts.
• You may have opportunities for travel and stay-away work, with allowances provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous civil experience is advantageous but not necessary—full training can be provided.
• A full Class 1 or 2 licence is ideal, but if you can get yourself to and from work safely, let’s talk.
• You have a keen interest in the civil and roading space—the opportunities within this industry are vast.
• You can pass pre-employment drug and MOJ screening.
• You are reliable, punctual, and ready for a hard day’s work.
• You have a positive attitude and are eager to learn and grow.
