Carinity – Hilltop is seeking enthusiastic Support Services team members to provide integral cleaning, kitchen, and laundry services within our Aged Care facility. These are part-time positions offering 30 hours per fortnight, with a variety of shifts available across all days and times from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, including evenings and weekends. What You Will Be Doing
- You will provide integral support to the cleaning, kitchen, and laundry services within the Aged Care facility.
- You will maintain an acceptable standard of living for residents, supporting the provision of holistic care that meets their physical and environmental needs.
- You will work collaboratively with the Residential Manager and the broader care team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- You will follow cleaning, kitchen, and laundry routines to maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort.
- You will interact with residents in a warm, respectful manner, contributing to their overall well-being.
- You will be available to work a variety of shifts across all days and times, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
What We Are Looking For
- You are a team player with good communication skills.
- You have the ability to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for morning and afternoon shifts.
- Previous experience in Aged Care or a similar role is advantageous.
- You hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- You are passionate about providing care for the elderly and contributing to a positive living environment.
- You are reliable, compassionate, and committed to maintaining high standards.
