What You Will Be Doing
- You will assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations.
- You will supervise all construction workers, ensuring they understand their tasks and perform them correctly.
- You will resolve disputes between workers if required, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- You will carry out inspections of workers’ personal protection equipment and safety gear to ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- You will enforce OSH guidelines and ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations.
- You will coordinate with the project team to keep work on schedule and address any issues that arise.
- You will work a six-day work week, including weekend duty as required.
- You will be available for overtime when project deadlines demand it.
