Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the expert ensuring the reliability of plumbing systems for a wide variety of commercial clients.
- Your primary focus will be conducting inspections, performing repairs, and executing preventative maintenance on complex plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage networks.
- A key skill for this role is the ability to accurately read and interpret building plans and hydraulic schematics to diagnose issues and plan work.
- You will need to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades, explaining issues and solutions effectively.
- You will work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of our coordinated service team.
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian standards, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements is essential.
- You will participate in a shared on-call roster to provide after-hours support for urgent client needs.
Qualifications

- You must hold a current Queensland plumbing licence with experience in commercial maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to read and work from construction plans is a mandatory requirement.
- You must have your own reliable vehicle and a full set of general hand tools.
