Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be central to our production process. Your key duties will include:

  • Performing expert MIG, TIG, and ARC welding to fabricate tanks and custom metal components according to design specifications.
  • Accurately reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, and sketches to guide your fabrication work.
  • Collaborating with team members and project managers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow from start to finish.
  • Conducting routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools, and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring all work meets our high standards for quality, precision, and structural integrity.
  • Adhering to all shop safety protocols and maintaining an organized work area.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and proficient professional with the following:

  • Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or custom shop environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques; experience with plastic welding is a valuable bonus.
  • The essential ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • A solid understanding of metal properties, fabrication processes, and welding equipment.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a personal commitment to producing top-tier work.
  • A welding certification is preferred but not required if you can demonstrate equivalent skill and experience.
