Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital support role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and safely. Your key duties will include:
- Following a structured daily cleaning plan to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the production floor, offices, and common areas.
- Safely operating a forklift (LF Licence required) to move materials, manage waste, and support logistical tasks as needed.
- Performing general labouring duties to support production teams and site maintenance.
- Taking initiative to identify and address cleaning or organisational needs proactively.
- Adhering strictly to all site safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable team player with the right practical skills. You will need:
- Essential: A valid Forklift Licence (LF).
- Essential: Excellent physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet and active for most of the day.
- Essential: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Essential: Own reliable transport and a current driver’s licence.
- Highly Regarded: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial cleaning environment.
- Desirable: An MR truck licence, though not essential.
- Pre-employment: The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical.
