About the Position
We have openings for both full-time and part-time Kitchen Cleaners at fixed locations. This is a permanent role offering stability, with comprehensive training and a clear structure. The full-time position at Changi offers a competitive package with overtime potential, while the part-time role in Jurong provides flexible evening hours.
Your Core Responsibilities
Your diligence ensures a sanitary and organized kitchen, which is the foundation of safe food preparation.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen tools, utensils, and large equipment according to health standards.
- Wash, dry, and systematically organize all dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation, cooking, and storage areas.
- Assist the kitchen team with operational tasks during peak service times and complete closing procedures.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure all cleaning is completed to meet strict hygiene audit requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
We need team members who are physically prepared and understand the demands of a professional kitchen.
- Must be physically fit to handle prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks efficiently.
- A responsible, hardworking attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly in a fast-paced, warm environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-halal kitchen environment.
- Required attire: Black long pants and black safety shoes (uniform top will be provided).
- Applicants should be prepared to bring their own meals.
What We Provide

- For Changi (Full-Time): A basic salary of $1,910 with overtime opportunities, potentially earning up to $2,300 per month.
- For Jurong (Part-Time): An hourly rate of $11 to $14.
