Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be essential to the successful delivery of our commercial projects. Your duties will include (depending on your level):
- Assisting with and performing high-quality plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial construction sites.
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure work is completed to code and project requirements.
- Working collaboratively with site managers, other trades, and our team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area, adhering to all site safety protocols.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality in every task, with a focus on precision and durability.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who mirror our commitment to quality and professionalism. The ideal candidates will have:
For Apprentices:
- A strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and a commitment to completing an apprenticeship.
- A reliable, punctual nature and an excellent work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to be a proactive team member.
For Qualified Plumbers:
- A current plumbing licence and relevant trade qualifications.
- Proven experience, preferably within the commercial sector.
- A demonstrated history of high-quality workmanship and reliability.
For All Candidates:
- A “can-do” attitude and total commitment to excellence.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- A White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) and, where required, a valid Working With Children Check.
- Full working rights in Australia.
