Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious, appetizing meals for the client.
Maintain the entire home to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness through routine and proactive cleaning.
Manage all laundry, including washing, ironing, and changing bed linens.
Conduct grocery shopping and run errands as required.
Notice what needs to be done around the home and take initiative without constant direction.
Interact confidently and respectfully with other family members and household staff.

Qualifications

The Right Person for This Role:

Possesses good to excellent cooking skills and enjoys meal preparation.
Is inherently organized, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home.
Has a calm, cheerful, and helpful personality with a good sense of humour.
Is extremely reliable, flexible, and discreet, with the maturity to work in a private home environment.
Holds a current, clean driver’s licence.
Previous experience in a similar household or support role is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Must have the current legal right to work in New Zealand (visa sponsorship is not available).

Additional Opportunity: Live-in accommodation in a separate flat within the home may be available for the right candidate.
