Key Responsibilities
- Execute the accurate receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring all inventory is managed according to strict standards.
- Prepare orders for shipment, picking and packing goods efficiently to meet shipping schedules and requirements.
- Maintain precise inventory records, logging all inbound/outbound movements and reporting data to support management decisions.
- Safely operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and hand trucks, for loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Uphold the highest safety standards by ensuring proper stacking of goods, safe equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
- Perform additional assigned tasks including periodic inventory counts, general packing, and warehouse upkeep.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certificates in logistics are a plus.
- Prior relevant warehouse, logistics, or internship experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift); training may be provided for certified operation.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Language: Good verbal communication skills in Chinese are necessary. Basic ability to read and write in English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and communication with colleagues and suppliers.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to following company procedures for safety and efficiency.
