Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough, top-quality cleaning of residential homes according to client specifications and checklists.
• Execute all standard cleaning tasks including detailed dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Manage your time efficiently to clean one to three homes per workday.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating professionally and addressing any client preferences during each session.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Transport and manage your own cleaning supplies (vacuum and mop are not required to be provided by you).

Qualifications

To Partner With Us, You Must Be:

• An experienced independent residential cleaner with a proven track record.
• Fully insured with active general liability insurance (proof required).
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation.
• Able to provide your own basic cleaning supplies.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Available to work primarily on Mondays and or Wednesdays as needed in the Wildwood, MO area.
