Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you will be essential to our daily operations, maintaining the high standards that our guests expect and deserve.

Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest possible standard.
Stock and replenish all linens, toiletries, and guest supplies, ensuring every room is fully prepared for arrival.
Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to keep our facilities in perfect condition.
Assist with laundry duties as required to support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests, enhancing their overall experience with our lodge.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Previous experience in a Housekeeper or similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
