Your Role And Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be a crucial part of our production line, ensuring the smooth and efficient output of high-quality semiconductor components. Your primary duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment to meet daily output schedules and quality standards.
• Following precise work instructions and procedures to ensure product consistency and integrity.
• Performing routine quality checks and reporting any deviations or equipment issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping (5S) and adhering to all safety and environmental regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
• Collaborating with team members and leaders to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
• Accurately completing required production documentation and data entry.

The Skills And Foundation You Bring

We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a strong advantage but not required.
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
• A reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious attitude.
